When your course has been approved, the last step in the enrolment process is to complete the course enrolment declaration, which finalises your enrolment. You will be notified when your declaration becomes available.

Completing the declaration allows the University of Otago to confirm your study if you have a completed StudyLink application, as well as ensuring you can avoid any late fees, get access to University resources and services, and collect your student ID card.

Check your eVision alert or the Enrolment Deadlines for the due date that applies to you. Different dates will apply to papers that have start or end dates that differ from standard semester dates.

The declaration will be available from an earlier date for Medicine (MB ChB) 6th year and a small number of other courses which officially commence prior to 1 January.
