You will need to collect your academic dress before your graduation ceremony.
How do I collect my academic regalia
Academic dress can be collected from the Academic Dress Rooms in the central basement (B20-23) of the Clocktower Building. Collection is available in the days immediately prior to your ceremony, including:
- Thursday: 5:30pm to 7:00pm
- Friday: 11:00am to 2:00pm or 5:30pm to 7:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am to 12 noon
Collection dates and times are also available on the Graduation website in the relevant graduation ceremony itinerary.
If it is not possible to collect your academic dress yourself, someone else can collect it on your behalf. You will need to ensure the person collecting the academic dress has the following information about you:
- The circumference of your head, measured just above the ears (for the trencher or doctoral cap)
- Your height (for the gown)
- The qualification you will be receiving
