My eQuals transcripts are encrypted and have additional security features which can prevent you from uploading them to other webpages. To allow the upload of transcripts, you can print or export the document as a PDF.

How do I upload My eQuals documents externally

Follow these instructions to create a PDF of the transcript documents.

Windows

  1. Open the file in a Windows application.
  2. Choose File > Print.
  3. Choose Print as PDF as the printer in the Print dialog box.
  4. Select Print.
  5. You will get a dialogue box to save the file.
  6. Type a name for your file and select Save.
  7. Upload this newly-saved document to the webpage.

macOS

  1. Open file in Preview only, not any other apps.
  2. Choose File > Export.
  3. Chose PDF as the format to use for exporting the file.
  4. Select Save.
  5. Upload this newly-saved document to the webpage.
