My eQuals transcripts are encrypted and have additional security features which can prevent you from uploading them to other webpages. To allow the upload of transcripts, current and past University students can print or export the document as a PDF.

How do I upload My eQuals documents externally

Follow the steps below to create a PDF of the transcript that you can then upload.

Windows

  1. Open the file in a Windows application.
  2. Select File then Print.
  3. Choose Print as PDF as the printer in the print dialog box.
  4. Select Print.
  5. when prompted, enter a name for your file and select Save.
  6. Upload the saved PDF to the external website.

Mac

  1. Open file in Preview only, not any other apps.
  2. Select File then Export.
  3. Chose PDF as the export format.
  4. Select Save.
  5. Upload the saved PDF to the external website.
