The Privacy Act (2020) restricts the disclosure of personal information.
University staff are unable to confirm if a person is an external user at the University and no information can be shared. An external user's contact details cannot be released without the permission of that user, except in exceptional circumstances (usually in cases of emergency or law enforcement).
