How do I request a Statement of Satisfactory Progress
Follow these steps to request a completed Statement of Satisfactory Progress:
- Complete the Student’s details section of the form, including your signature.
- The signature must be a physical (handwritten) signature
- Scan the completed form.
- Email the scanned form to AskOtago at: university@otago.ac.nz
- AskOtago will arrange for the Education provider section of the form to be completed and returned to you.
- Upload the completed form to StudyLink using StudyLink Connect.
