You can reschedule or cancel a course advice appointment through the AskOtago Service Portal.
How do I reschedule or cancel a course advice appointment
To reschedule or cancel a booked course advice appointment:
- Log in to the AskOtago Service Portal using your University of Otago username.
- Click My Support.
- Find the appropriate Course Advice Appointment ticket and open it.
- Click on the Add Comment button at the bottom of the ticket.
- Enter the change you need to make or put a note that you would like to cancel your appointment in the comment box.
- Click Submit to complete your request.
- The Student Development team will be in contact with you.
