You can reschedule or cancel a course advice appointment via the AskOtago Service Portal.

How do I reschedule or cancel a course advice appointment

To reschedule or cancel a booked course advice appointment:

  1. Log in to the AskOtago Service Portal using your University of Otago username.
  2. Click My Support.
  3. Find the appropriate Course Advice Appointment ticket and open it.
  4. Click on the Cancel or reschedule button at the bottom of the ticket.
  5. Follow the prompts to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  6. Click Submit to complete your request.

The Student Development team will contact you to confirm the reschedule or cancellation.

If you are unable to log in, contact AskOtago.

Note that some students cannot use the AskOtago Service Portal. For these students assign a ticket to Student Development explaining what the student wishes to do. If it is for the same day then use Teams chat.
