Course advice appointments are available year-round for students who require assistance with their academic planning or progress. Drop-in course advice appointments are available on the Dunedin campus.

How do I access drop-in course advice appointments

To attend a drop-in course advice appointment at the University of Otago's Dunedin campus:

  1. Go to the AskOtago Central Hub desk in the ISB building between 1–4pm, Monday to Friday.
  2. Advise the AskOtago staff member that you would like a drop-in course advice appointment.
  3. They will advise the Student Development staff that you are waiting to be seen.
  4. Take a seat as directed and the Student Development staff member will collect you when it is your turn.
