The process of assessing and recording prior non-credentialled learning recognised for admission purposes is called recognition of prior learning (RPL). Any credit granted is termed "RPL credit".
How do I apply for recognition of prior learning (RPL) credit
To submit an application for recognition of prior non-credentialled learning (RPL credit):
- Contact the department/school offering the paper:

- School of Surveying for SURV 101
- Provide them with information about the learning you have done in the past.
- They will advise if you can be credited with the paper/s.
