If your eVision account is in credit, a refund may be requested.
How do I request a refund of tuition fees
To request a refund:
- Ensure that your bank account details are up to date in eVision.
- Contact AskOtago with your request.
StudyLink
If the fees were paid by StudyLink, the money will be returned to them, to be credited against your student loan balance.
Employer-paid
If your tuition fees were invoiced to your employer directly, Student Finance will reach out to your employer directly to arrange any refund.
If your tuition fees were invoiced to your eVision tuition fee account and your employer subsequently paid some or all of your tuition fees on your behalf, you have the option of receiving the refund directly to your bank account or having the refund paid back to your employer directly. Contact Student Finance for further information if you have a credit balance and your employer made a payment for your tuition fees:
