The University of Otago's Mailroom provides a daily pickup service to departments for mail items. Personal mail can be sent from the Mailroom.

How do I access it

To send personal mail via the Mailroom:

  1. Take your packaged item to the Mailroom between 8:30am and 3pm on weekdays.
  2. Have your item weighed so postage options can be discussed.
  3. Make payment with EFTPOS.
  4. The item will be shipped from the Mailroom.

How much does it cost

Costs will be provided in person at the Mailroom.
