Your eligibility to graduate depends on completing your degree and applying to participate in the relevant graduation period.
Who is this available to
University of Otago students who have been marked/marked themselves as finalists for their current year of study. "Finalist" status indicates that you will meet or have already met the requirements for completing your degree.
If you were previously NOT listed as a finalist in eVision and this has since changed, contact AskOtago immediately and before the closing date of graduation ceremony applications.
How do I check my eligibility
To be eligible to graduate (in-person or in absentia), you need to:
- Have completed or be enrolled in enough papers to complete your degree/s.
- Be confirmed as a finalist in eVision.
- Apply to graduate (in-person or in absentia) in eVision, once applications open and you have received an invitation.
