Course declaration is the final stage of enrolment. Complete the declaration to finalise enrolment in your courses.
If your enrolment has not been finalised by completing the declaration, you will not be able to access University resources or services, or collect your student ID card.
If the declaration is greyed out, your course may not yet have been approved, there is an outstanding task for you to complete, or the declaration may not be available yet.
Once your course has been approved, the declaration for most programmes is usually available in early December for Summer School courses, and from 1 January for other courses.
You will receive an eVision alert when the declaration becomes available for you to complete.
How do I complete the declaration
To complete your course declaration:
- Log in to eVision.
- Select Course Enrolment.
- Select Complete Declaration.
Once completed, enrolment is finalised. Access to University resources takes 24 hours to be enabled.
