AskOtago operates a hub on the Christchurch campus for in-person enquiries.
The hub is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Visitors will need to contact the staff at the hub on arrival as the area is swipe-card access only. The number to call is located at the front entrance.

When visiting in person, it is accessed via a separate entrance on the right-hand side of the Christchurch Public Hospital.
