How do I request a course advice callback
To request a call or email back from Student Development:
- Complete the Student Development advice email or callback form.
- A Student Development adviser will send you a text or email regarding your request. This will be to let you know they will give you a call, or to organise a time to talk with you.
- Student Development will attempt to contact you a few times.
When can I expect delivery
At peak times of the academic year, such as the beginning of semester or following the release of semester results, Student Development will experience high volumes of enquiries. Due to this, response times will be delayed. Be assured that they will be in touch as soon as possible.
Student Development will aim to contact you within two to three working days. At peak times of the academic year, this timeframe may be longer.
