During course enrolment, thesis codes can be added in the paper selection page of eVision for all masters' programmes.

How do I change a thesis code

If you have not yet been course approved:

  1. Log into eVision.
  2. Click Course Enrolment or My Programmes and Papers.
  3. Ensure the correct programme is selected.
  4. Enter Paper Selection.
  5. Follow the steps to select the correct thesis code.
  6. Submit your changes.

If you have already completed your course declaration, contact AskOtago.

Doctoral thesis codes are added by staff. If you are a PhD, Doctor of Education (EdD), or Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) student and your thesis code has been added incorrectly or you wish to make changes, email: phd@otago.ac.nz

If you are a Doctor of Clinical Dentistry (DClinDent) student, email: postgrad.dentistry@otago.ac.nz
