How do I report a problem with eduVPN

To report a problem with using the eduVPN service:

  1. Check that your eduVPN authentication hasn't expired by clicking on the eduVPN Client icon to see if you are still logged in. If not, you may need to reauthenticate by connecting to eduVPN.
  2. Try to access an external website and an internal webpage to see if either of them will load.
  3. Contact AskOtago to find out if there is a network issue or get further assistance.
