Your student email (also known as StudentMail) is your University of Otago-provided email account.
How do I change a display name in StudentMail
To change your display name in StudentMail:
- Contact AskOtago.
- Include details of your student email address and the display name you wish to use.
Requests to update a student display name for their email account in Outlook should be referred on to AskOtago IT via CRSM if they are assigned to AskOtago by the Student Experience team.
