  • AVC1
  • AVC2
  • AVC3 (all in the Information Services Building)
  • Hunter Centre Room 1.16

How do I book an eConferencing room

To book an eConferencing room:

  1. Sign in to Resource Booker using your Otago credentials.
  2. Select Request eConferencing room. 
  3. Choose the location, date, and other specifications.
  4. Submit your request.
