How do I report a problem with a desktop phone
If you are having issues with a University-supplied desktop phone:
- Contact AskOtago to get assistance or log a fault.
- If you require a replacement desktop phone, you will need to be migrated to Microsoft Teams Calling, as desktop phones are no longer being supplied. Refer to the related article: Legacy PABX and desktop phones for further information about this.
