During the application process, or when requesting personal detail changes, documents will normally be requested. These can be uploaded to eVision in a number of ways.

How do I upload documents to eVision

Documents are requested during the application process and you will normally receive an alert in eVision (and/or to your email).

If you have recently submitted your application, an upload link will be available for a short time. Click on the Provide an application document in the Programmes and papers section of the eVision portal to upload any documents you may have missed.

There are two other ways to upload your documents to eVision:

  1. Log in to eVision.
  2. Check the task or alert that you have received (normally in My admission tasks or My alerts).
  3. Add the relevant documents to the alert page by clicking the Upload button.
  4. Submit your documents (there is normally a green Submit button on the bottom right-hand side of your screen).

OR

  1. Log in to eVision.
  2. Click the Change my details link under the My details section of the eVision home page.
  3. Select the yellow button under the relevant details to change: Personal, Contact, or Educational.
  4. In Personal details or Educational details, you will find a button to upload your documents and a text box to input details of what you would like to change.
  5. If you are uploading identity related documentation, make sure this has been officially certified first.
  6. Submit the change request.

If you are transferring papers from another institution or have been asked for official documentation and are waiting to receive this, you can upload an unofficial document as a placeholder and then change this to the official version later. Leaving the required document field blank is not advisable and may cause issues with accessing the rest of your application.

You should always make sure that you have fully submitted anything uploaded to eVision, as unsubmitted items may be deleted after a certain period.

Enquiries about this service or issues with any aspects of this process should be directed to AskOtago.
