Microsoft SharePoint is a web application for collaboration and information sharing. The platform provides you the ability to:

  • Create organisation-wide sites or private sites, accessible from anywhere online using University of Otago credentials
  • Store and display documents, images, and other files
  • Collaboratively create and edit new pages

All University users can create a SharePoint site (for a specific project, for example), add members, and provide different levels of access.
