The Transport team, within Property and Campus Development, offers moving services when offices or departments are relocating. They can move up to two offices, and will organise Crown Relocations for the move, if there are three or more offices to be relocated.
Furniture removal is also available. If the furniture is used and unwanted, it will be delivered to the recycling centre on Anzac Avenue, Dunedin, where it can be reused or sold. If an office or department is relocating, the furniture will be transported to the requested location.
Some furniture on campus may require dismantling prior to relocation. The Transport team can dismantle furniture and then transport it to the required destination.
Departmental moving services are requested by submitting a Property Services maintenance request.
