The Transport team is also responsible for the collection, transport, and delivery of furniture for examinations and graduation ceremonies, as well as other University of Otago events. A request is required for these services.

Items for graduation ceremonies are collected from the basement of the Clocktower and transported to the Dunedin Town Hall, where the ceremonies occur. This includes chairs, tables, rolls of carpet, and lecterns.

During the exam period, the Transport team provides services including:

Transport also sets up and packs down furniture and items used during the enrolment and course approval period on campus.
