If a leased car park is blocked, a towaway can be requested to remove the unauthorised vehicle.

Who is this available to

University of Otago staff and students who are the leaseholder of a car park, or who have been previously approved to request a towaway.

How do I request a towaway

Parkable

To request a towaway via Parkable:

  1. Log in to the Parkable app or visit the Parkable website
  2. Click 'Support' on the top left of the app. Alternatively, permit holders can tap 'permit' then scroll down and click 'I have a problem'.
  3. Follow the prompts and add the registration plate of the offending vehicle where prompted.
  4. Where an alternative carpark is available, you will be re-allocated to a new park.

    1. Carpark area name and carpark number.
    2. Registration number.
    3. Colour.

How much does it cost
