The structure and components of campus buildings, and other assets, residential colleges, and University Flats are maintained by Building Services.

Fixtures maintained include:

• Ceilings
• Doors
• Flooring
• Lifts
• Walls
• Windows

A range of materials and styles exist across the campuses, with appropriate materials used in maintenance.

Where there is damage, faulty operation, or general wear and tear, repair or replacement may be requested. Needs will be assessed by when requests are made.
