If you have applied to go on exchange, you will need to complete and submit an exchange learning agreement. This is to document the papers and points that you can take while you are on exchange.

How do I submit my exchange learning agreement
To submit your exchange learning agreement to Student Development:
- Obtain approval from your academic adviser/s for the papers you plan to take while on exchange (if they are counting towards a major/minor).
- Open the Exchange Learning Agreement form.
- Fill in the required fields.
- Include any additional detail or attach documentation where necessary.
- Submit your exchange learning agreement using the web-based form.
- If you have questions about completing the exchange learning agreement, you can visit the drop-in service to discuss your exchange learning agreement with a senior course adviser from Student Development (available Monday to Friday from 1pm to 3pm at the AskOtago Central Hub).
