How do I apply for conference travel funding
To apply for conference travel funding:
- Request support from your supervisor to attend a conference relating to your research.
- Open the Sciences Application for Conference Leave Funding – PhD Candidate Form (downloads to Word).
- Read the eligibility criteria and further information.
- Complete all details.
- Open the Postgraduate Travel Grant Form (PDF 281KB).
- Attach the following to your application:
- Documentary evidence of your participation in the conference
- Quotes for airfares, accommodation and registration fees supporting the amount applied for
- Complete all details.
- Email the completed forms with attachments to: science@otago.ac.nz
