The roads and paths on the University's campuses are regularly inspected and maintained in order to provide a safe environment for all.

There may be situations, such as adverse weather, where potholes form on roads or paths. If additional repairs are needed, a Property Services request can be raised.

How do I raise a Property Services request

To raise a Property Services request as a Property+ user:

  1. Log into Property+.
  2. Complete all the required fields.
  3. Include as much information or detail as possible.
  4. Submit the request.

  1. Open the Campus and Development form.
  2. Select the options that best describe the issue.
  3. Provide as much detail as possible in the enquiry box.
  4. Ensure all required fields are completed.
  5. Upload documents or images if required.
  6. Submit the form.
