All University of Otago OneDrive users are provided with a default OneDrive storage quota of 100GB. Extra storage can be provided on request.

If your storage usage reaches 90% of your quota, you will receive a warning from Microsoft. When your usage reaches 100%, your OneDrive will become read-only until you either delete files or request a quota increase.

How do I request extra OneDrive storage

  1. To have your storage quota increased to 250GB/500GB/1000GB contact AskOtago.
  2. Higher quotas can be requested from AskOtago, these will be referred to ITS Infrastructure for approval.
