The alarms on campus are installed to ensure the safety of staff, students, visitors, and the buildings.
Alarms are routinely inspected and maintained. However, there may be times where a fault occurs, resulting in a flickering or beeping alarm.
If an alarm becomes faulty, a Property Services request can be raised for an inspection and repair or replacement.

How do I raise a Property Services request
To raise a Property Services request as a Property+ user:
- Log into Property+.
- Complete all the required fields.
- Include as much information or detail as possible.
- Submit the request.
To raise a Property Services request as a staff member:
- Open the Campus and Development form.
- Select the options that best describe the issue.
- Provide as much detail as possible in the enquiry box.
- Ensure all required fields are completed.
- Upload documents or images if required.
- Submit the form.
