Plumbing maintenance services are carried out across the campus, in a range of facilities.
Plumbing and water systems are routinely maintained, including the drains. Much of this work is routine and seasonally planned.
There may be times throughout the year, such as during adverse weather, where drains become blocked or flooding occurs internally and/or externally.
When required, block drains, water mains or flooding can be reported by submitting a Property Services request.
Property and Campus Development maintain the University of Otago campus and provide a large range of building related services.

How do I raise a Property Services request
To raise a Property Services request:
- Open the Property Services request form.
- Complete all the required fields.
- Include photographs and as much information or detail as possible.
- Submit the form.
