Building services provides joinery maintenance, such as new installations, repairs, and removals. Once a request has been submitted, a consultation will be arranged.

Joinery maintenance can be requested by raising a Property Services request.

How do I raise a Property Services request

To raise a Property Services request as a Property+ user:

  1. Log into Property+.
  2. Complete all the required fields.
  3. Include as much information or detail as possible.
  4. Submit the request.

  1. Open the Campus and Development form.
  2. Select the options that best describe the issue.
  3. Provide as much detail as possible in the enquiry box.
