On campus, there are several confidential document bins. Some of these are emptied on a schedule, while others require a request to be emptied, removed, or acquired.
This can be arranged by raising a Property Services request.
How do I raise a Property Services request
To raise a Property Services request as a Property+ user:
- Log into Property+.
- Complete all the required fields.
- Include as much information or detail as possible.
- Submit the request.
To raise a Property Services request as a staff member:
- Open the Campus and Development form.
- Select the options that best describe the issue.
- Provide as much detail as possible in the enquiry box.
- Ensure all required fields are completed.
- Upload documents or images if required.
- Submit the form.
