The University of Otago, Christchurch (UOC) offers postgraduate students further support as they continue their studies.

Postgraduate students can access on-campus academic and pastoral support, through a range of contacts. Their contact details and further information about the types of support offered to postgraduate students can be found on the UOC Student Support Hub blog.

Puāwaitanga is a phone and web-based support service that acts as an alternative to face-to-face counselling. They offer trained professionals to speak with in confidential and free sessions.

The PSOC association is run by postgraduate students and represents over 600 postgraduate students. They offer social and academic events, networking opportunities and additional support or advocacy.
