Undergraduate students can access various means of support throughout their studies at the University of Otago, Christchurch (UOC). Student Affairs and Support are located in the Student Support Hub on the 5th floor of the UOC and have offices in Timaru and Nelson.
They offer assistance for financial issues, mental health, learning difficulties, needing help but not knowing where to go, intimidating behaviour, reporting poor professional behaviour and much more. Support is accessible to all students, including for specific groups, and through a variety of channels.
If Student Affairs and Support are unable to help directly, they can liaise and guide you towards appropriate resources and support.
