If you have previously studied at another New Zealand tertiary institution, you will need to provide an official transcript from that institution so your admission to the University of Otago can be assessed.
- If you studied at another New Zealand university, your method of entrance will normally carry over to Otago
- If you are still enrolled at the other institution when you apply, your transcript must include final results for all courses
Submit your transcript
- Upload your official transcript to eVision as soon as your final results are available
- Your application will remain pending until your transcript and any other requested documents have been received
All documents must be:
- The official copy, or
- A copy signed and witnessed by a notary public
While waiting for the official copy, you can upload a placeholder document.
Most programmes allow you to continue with the next steps of your application in eVision while waiting for your transcript.
