The University of Otago maintains a range of policies, procedures and guidelines.

• An exemption from the Recording of Lectures Policy can be requested in situations where recording is not appropriate.
• The Policy Library contains the official versions of all the University's policy documentation.
• The Policy Noticeboard provides information about Documents for Consultation and Policy Management Group meetings.
