The University of Otago utilises facilities and room booking systems to manage spaces and resources across all campuses. These systems provide staff and student with accurate and timely information to book spaces, and manage property and facilities.

  • Property+ (Archibus) is the integrated workplace management system that allows Property Services and other relevant staff to manage and plan space usage, schedule required maintenance, and track assets.
  • Resource Booker is the platform used by staff and students to book shared meeting and teaching spaces, as well as other resources such as shared vehicles. Administrative staff manage details about these resources, including capacity and amenities.
