- Outlook calendar is provided as part of a Microsoft Outlook account. Staff and students can use them to create meetings and appointments and invite other users, syncing the details to their calendars.
- Student email is provided through your Microsoft 365 license. This can be used to communicate and share files with other email addresses over the internet, but some restrictions are applied for security reasons.
- Staff email is provided through your Microsoft 365 license. This can be used to communicate and share files with other email addresses over the internet, but some restrictions are applied for security reasons.
- Shared mailboxes can be created for teams and departments to offer a single point of contact email address. Any number of staff and students can be delegated access to a shared mailbox and add this to their Outlook or other email client.
