Description:
RESOLVED: ITS and Library staff were made aware of an issue impacting a handful of eReserve reading lists accessed via Blackboard as of Wednesday the 28th of August at about 3:30 pm. The issue was currently limited to students, whereby when they follow an eReserve link in Blackboard, eReserve will open, but the reading list(s) will not, though the reading lists will continuously attempt to load. Staff could imitate this issue via ‘Student Preview Mode’ on Blackboard or ‘Student View’ on eReserve.
Students: if you’re experiencing this issue, please notify the teaching staff of the paper this is occurring in, especially if your readings are required for assignments.
Staff: if you receive communication that your paper is impacted, please advise ereserve@otago.ac.nz as soon as possible.
If your students require access to certain readings urgently, please supply them with a downloaded version of this, library@otago.ac.nz can help with this if required.
The vendors had been made aware of this problem and have since advised this should now be resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
