Description:
Previously, Blackboard had been unavailable for some users who were accessing the platform from either on-campus OR off-campus locations. Those who were impacted will receive a "sign-on error". Using eduVPN did not resolve the login issue for those experiencing the issue off-campus.
Our technical team has since advised that this issue was limited to system administrators only, and therefore, no staff or students were impacted.
To conclude, access should now be restored for all users.
