We are aware of issues with emails from "@otago.ac.nz" being treated as spam by recipients of any Microsoft-hosted email accounts such as @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @live.com as well as personalised domains hosted with Microsoft.
The Team is working on the issue, but we have no timeframe at this stage.
