Description:
Digital Learning have been made aware of an issue using the 'Send Email' functionality within Blackboard.
When attempting to send an email via Blackboard, some users are receiving the following message "An error or warning occurred while sending this email. Some, or all recipients may not receive this message."
At this stage, the issue is intermittent (i.e., some users are not receiving this warning and the functionality is working as expected). This issue has since been raised with the vendor (Anthology) and other global customers are reporting that they too are experiencing this issue. As a result, Anthology are actively investigating the issue. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will provide an update once resolved.
