You can access your University of Otago academic record in eVision. This is an unofficial record. If you require formal evidence of your study details, grades, or qualifications, you may need an official academic transcript.

Who is this available to

This service is accessible to all students who have an account created in eVision and have completed their confirmation of enrolment. 

How do I access it

University of Otago (undergradate and postgraduate):

  1. Log in to eVision
  2. Click on the View Academic Record link in:
    • My exams and results section under Results, or
    • My Programme and Papers, or
    • The front page of your portal under My Details

If you require formal evidence of your course/study details, grades, or qualifications, you will need an official academic transcript

Pathways transcripts

Pathway (formerly Foundation Year) programme results are not currently available on My eQuals, or as an official transcript, but can be viewed in eVision.
