Final paper results are released on specific dates following the end of the examination period. Your results can be viewed for each teaching period in the Examinations and results section of eVision as soon as they become available.
Initially Unconfirmed will be displayed alongside papers. Papers with unconfirmed results should not be taken as the official result. Once Unconfirmed is no longer showing, results are official.
When your final result is confirmed, any internal assessment results (if these are shown in eVision for the paper) will be replaced by your final overall grade and percentage mark.
The University of Otago uses a standard grade scale to convert numerical marks into final grades.
For individual marks for each piece of internal assessment, or if you would like to view your examination script for your examination result, contact the relevant teaching department.
If you are waiting for the outcome of a Special Consideration application at the time examination results are released, your results will show the current status of your academic study and will be updated accordingly once an outcome of your Special Consideration application is available.
