International application processing times vary depending on the level and type of programme you have applied for:
- Undergraduate programmes: one week
- Undergraduate programmes requiring credit evaluation: three to five weeks
- Postgraduate coursework programmes: three to five weeks
- Research-only programmes (PhD and thesis-only master's): up to eight weeks
Processing times apply to complete applications only. Submitting all required documents promptly can help avoid delays.
International student application timeframes depend on the intended start semester:
- Semester 1 (February start): applications are generally accepted from early May to mid November
- Semester 2 (July start): applications can be submitted from early May to late April for study commencing in the following Semester 2
Some programmes have different application periods, including teaching, oral health, dental technology, postgraduate dentistry, and postgraduate nursing.
PhD and thesis-only master's applications can be submitted year-round, provided you have the support of an appropriate supervisor.
