Study Abroad and exchange students receive a free electronic copy of their University of Otago transcript. This is sent directly to their sending institution/agent/sponsor.
You are not required to sign up for My eQuals for this and pay the $30 fee. If this fee is paid, it cannot be refunded.
If you require a hard copy of your Otago transcript, you will need to order this via My eQuals:
If you are a former Study Abroad or exchange student and your home institution/agent/sponsor has not received a copy of your electronic transcript, email:
- Study Abroad — international.marketing@otago.ac.nz
- Exchange — inbound.exchange@otago.ac.nz
Note that transcripts cannot be issued for students who are debtors to the University.
