Your timetable is provisional until final confirmation close to the start of the semester, so you may see changes to your timetable in the weeks before it is finalised.
If you make changes to your papers through the change of course process, a staff member may manually stream you into a new class to avoid a clash.
If you need to change your allocated stream, or have not been streamed into a class, you should contact the relevant teaching department to find out if it is possible. (Some departments need to manage their streams very tightly due to resources and space in classes.)
Psychology 111 and 200-level students should email:
- PSYC 111 — psy.psyc100@otago.ac.nz
- PSYC 200 papers — psy.psyc200@otago.ac.nz
Timetable stream changes cannot be requested until the timetable has been finalised (usually the Friday before the start of the semester).
Accessing the Change Stream tool
See the related article: Request or change eVision role access for how to request Change Stream access in eVision.
Room Allocation
If it is necessary to change a room that has been allocated to a class subsequent to the initial information that is displayed in eVision, students need to be notified by the departments of these changes. The eVision timetable will update to reflect these changes.
