As part of your application, you indicate your three preferred residential colleges.
Once you have submitted your application, if you wish to change your preferences you must make your request for any change in writing by emailing the Student Accommodation Centre at accommodation@otago.ac.nz as soon as possible before 15 September.
Your application is initially forwarded to your first preference. If they are unable to make you an offer it will be forwarded to your second preference if they have vacancies. If not, your application will be forwarded to your third preference, if they still have vacancies.
If your application does not receive an offer from your three preferred colleges, other colleges with vacancies still available will be invited to consider your application.
Any problems reported with Te Puna after hours need to be emailed to the Student Accommodation Centre: accommodation@otago.ac.nz
