If you have an outstanding balance owing to the University of Otago, you will be flagged as a debtor in eVision. When the debtor flag is applied, you will no longer have access to resources or services until the fee balance is cleared. Your access to resources can be reinstated when any outstanding debt is paid in full.
Debtor flags are applied to your eVision account for various reasons and the resolutions differ. You may have outstanding tuition fees, late fees, or have a balance outstanding with one of the University's service providers, such as Student Health or University Flats.
